Wofchuck Honey Company is located in Chico, California. Our family cares for a number of hives located in the foothills just outside of Chico where toyon berry, star thistle, blackberry and other Sierra wild flowers are the main nectar bearing plants. We take care to locate hives in areas free of agricultural and chemical sprays.  Beekeeping, for us, is a way to connect to the land and the community and to offer something back.​

​We offer 4 varieties of honey each with a distinct taste.  The Butte County honey comes from the hives we tend.  The High Mountain Desert and Montana honeys come from some of the best bee keepers we know.  We all take the utmost care of our hives and situate them in wild, pristine environments.

We sell at a variety of stores in Butte, Mendocino and Plumas counties. Contact us for bulk orders in 2 gallon or 5 gallon buckets. We also bottle specialty jars with your choice of honey for wedding gifts, corporate gifts and other special occasions. Ask us about pricing.
